Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active OT license in the state of practice
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver targeted therapy solutions to support academic and functional independence
• Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic strategies within classroom routines
• Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
