Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active OT license in the state of practice
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering collaborative relationships with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver targeted therapy solutions to support academic and functional independence
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic strategies within classroom routines
- Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations tailored to each student’s unique goals
