Certified Licensed Occupational Therapist School Setting in Riverside, CA

Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a contract occupational therapist in a vibrant, collaborative school-based setting near Riverside, CA. This assignment runs from March 1st through June 30, 2026, offering a full-time schedule within a welcoming educational community.

In this role, you’ll partner with educators and families to help students reach their fullest potential. Your expertise will guide the development and implementation of individualized strategies to improve fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills within the classroom environment. Key Qualifications:

• Active certification and state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services.
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements.
• Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student planning.
• Adapt interventions to suit a variety of learning needs and goals.

This contract offers a full-time Monday-Friday schedule, not to exceed 7 hours of direct service daily, allowing for a balanced workload and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
