Licensed Certified School Occupational Therapist | Riverside, California

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

• Active Occupational Therapist license
• OT certification required
• School-based OT experience preferred, though enthusiastic new grads are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to effectively support diverse student needs within an educational environment

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for students
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to support student growth in educational settings
• Collaborate closely with special education and general education teams, families, and other therapists
• Track and document student progress, updating goals and recommendations as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
