Certified Licensed Occupational Therapist School Setting - Riverside, CA

What we’re looking for:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license and certification
• Previous experience delivering assessments and interventions within a school setting
• Understanding of IEP development, documentation, and compliance
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals
• Ability to adapt treatment strategies for diverse student populations
• Dedication to promoting independence, self-advocacy, and participation in school routines

What you’ll do:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students referred through the special education process
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and IEP team recommendations
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to support student participation and access to their educational curriculum
• Document assessment results, treatment progress, and ongoing recommendations in compliance with all necessary guidelines
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure cohesive support for each student
• Offer resources, strategies, and training to school staff and families as needed
