Step into a rewarding contract role providing occupational therapy services to students in an elementary, middle, and high school environment. This full-time opportunity runs from August 3, 2026, through June 4, 2027, supporting a diverse caseload of approximately 50-55 students. Your expertise will make a lasting impact, helping students build skills that foster independence and academic growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license for school-based practice
  • Certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in school-based OT interventions
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with educational teams and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs within the school setting
  • Develop and execute individualized therapy plans
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records per district and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as an active team member
  • Adapt interventions to meet changing student needs throughout the academic year
