Full Time Occupational Therapist Need - 2026-2027 School Year

Soliant Education is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 School Year for a position near Riverside, CA. In this contract role, you’ll collaborate closely with dedicated educators and families, crafting personalized support plans and interventions for students with a diverse range of needs. Your expertise will help children overcome barriers and achieve academic and developmental milestones.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong understanding of school-based OT practices and relevant laws
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptable, collaborative, and student-centered approach
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students to develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services and support in classroom and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to integrate OT strategies into educational programs
• Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and maintain accurate records
• Recommend adaptive equipment, modifications, or supports as needed
• Foster positive relationships with students, supporting their functional and academic growth

Compensation Details:

• Hourly Pay: $56-$62
• Health, Dental, Vision Insurance available for full time therapists
• Weekly Paychecks
