Job Title: School-Based Physical Therapist

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to support students in a school-based setting in Riverside, California. This role focuses on helping students improve mobility, strength, and functional skills so they can fully participate in their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ physical needs and develop therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver physical therapy services in various school environments, including classrooms, playgrounds, and therapy spaces
• Work collaboratively with educators, special education teams, and related service providers
• Maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes and compliance records
• Recommend and implement adaptations, equipment, and strategies to enhance student independence

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California PT license or eligibility to obtain one
• Prior experience with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload effectively
