Qualifications:

  • Active California OT license required
  • Experience working in California schools mandatory
  • Demonstrated proficiency administering BOT-3 and Peabody assessments to students ages 3–22 with multiple disabilities
  • Comfortable managing fluctuating caseloads and independently creating flexible schedules based on district needs
  • Experience supporting K-12 students with mild to severe disabilities
  • Strong data-driven approach to addressing parent concerns and recommending services
  • Ability to work autonomously in the field with little district supervision
  • Spanish bilingualism is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full-time OT services in a school-based setting, including assessment, consultation, and intervention
  • Cover either a full school year or a maternity leave (projected August to March)
  • Assess and support a diverse, variable caseload across multiple campuses as an itinerant therapist
  • Document services and communicate recommendations effectively with families and educational teams
