Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active or eligible state Occupational Therapist license
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to evaluate student needs and design individualized intervention plans
• Commitment to evidence-based practices in OT
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities to meet diverse student needs
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of students’ functional and academic needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and training to school staff as needed
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
