Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Knowledge of IEP process and special education documentation
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to continuous professional learning and student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations to determine therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, both in groups and individually
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure holistic support
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and contributions to IEP meetings
• Provide guidance and resources to staff and families in supporting student development
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and continuing education in occupational therapy
