Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license (Illinois)
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs across K-12th grades
• Comfortable working both independently and as a team member

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site OT services to a varied student population (K-12)
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
• Participate in monthly meetings, roundtables, and annual performance reviews
• Actively contribute to ongoing process improvements and best practices
• Stay current through access to professional development resources
