Key Qualifications:

  • Active license to practice occupational therapy in Illinois (or eligibility)
  • Experience or strong interest working with school-aged children
  • Familiarity with school-based OT practices and IEP processes is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite OT services to students (age groups tailored to your strengths and interests) across a full-time, 37.5 hours/week schedule
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to monthly colleague meetings and roundtable discussions
  • Engage actively with supervision and mentorship, benefiting from a same-discipline supervisor and the “Buddy Program”
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and process improvement initiatives
