What qualifications and experience make you a great fit?

• Valid Occupational Therapist license (Illinois or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in K-12 school settings preferred
• Ability to work full-time onsite (37.5 hours/week) through May 21, 2027

• Effective communicator, ready to contribute to team-based care

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering OT services for students K-12
• Assessing, developing, and implementing individualized plans
• Participating in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaborations

• Engaging in monthly meetings, annual reviews, and process improvement initiatives
