Occupational Therapist School Setting - Rocklin, CA

Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students through expert occupational therapy services on a flexible, part-time contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the school setting while working three days per week. As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and other professionals across elementary campuses, contributing to a positive and accessible learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy services in an educational setting, particularly at the elementary level
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload across multiple school sites
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Comfortable and experienced supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Commitment to supporting student success and participating in IEP meetings as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and documentation tailored to the unique needs of elementary students
• Provide therapy services in accordance with school district policies and state/federal regulations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress toward established goals
• Supervise COTAs, offering guidance, oversight, and support in their daily work
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and family members to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the IEP process
