Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials
• Previous experience within school-based or pediatric settings strongly favored
• Skilled in assessments, interventions, and development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Exceptional communication abilities working with students, teachers, and families
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing school needs
• Comfortable collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ unique needs and strengths
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to foster students’ access to curriculum and daily activities
• Collaborate with educators to integrate OT strategies within classroom routines
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer guidance and resources to families to support student success at home and school
• Adapt interventions and recommendations as students’ needs evolve throughout the year
