What we’re looking for:

  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is highly valued

  • Proficiency in managing caseload documentation and maintaining compliance with school policies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills when working with staff, students, and families

As part of your contract assignment, you will:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with various needs
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward therapy goals
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education teams, and parents to align on strategies and support
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as an Occupational Therapy specialist
  • Educate staff on effective classroom strategies to help ensure student accessibility and participation
  • Support student skills such as fine motor development, sensory integration, and adaptive functioning
