Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with active credentials
• School-based OT experience is highly desirable
• Background in pediatric OT, preferably with high school students
• Familiarity with teletherapy, home health, and general healthcare OT models
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to mostly high school students
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educational staff
• Conduct assessments and track progress according to IEPs and school guidelines
• Provide support through in-person sessions, and teletherapy as needed
• Collaborate with other specialists, teachers, and families for holistic student support
• Maintain clear documentation and comply with legal and clinical standards
