Make a difference in students' lives as a dedicated Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year! This is a full-time, contract opportunity for a licensed OTR near Rohnert Park, CA. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support the diverse needs of students in a dynamic and rewarding educational setting.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active OT license and registration in California (OTR)
  • Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Experience working with school-aged children or within a school environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication
  • Ability to assess and adapt intervention plans to individual student needs
  • Familiarity with IEP development and documentation processes
  • Creative problem-solving and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized intervention plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Evaluate students’ motor, sensory, and adaptive skills to support educational participation
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, assessments, and IEP reviews
  • Promote accessibility and inclusion within the classroom environment
