Travel School Occupational Therapist - Rosenberg, Texas

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in school settings; highly qualified COTAs with extensive school experience are welcome to apply
• Strong documentation skills, including familiarity with school health software (SHARES, Onward) and Excel for IEP logs
• Ability to coordinate and conduct evaluations, provide consults, and attend ARDs
• Fingerprinting required per district policy

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 70, with 30–40 students receiving direct treatment on a rotating schedule
• Deliver only treatment services (no COTAs to supervise)
• Serve across 6–7 schools within a designated zone
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of IEPs
• Schedule: Full-time, on-site, typically 8:00–4:00 (some sites may start at 7:30)
