Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Comfortable evaluating, assessing, and documenting student progress
• Team-oriented with a positive and flexible attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote success in the classroom
• Conduct assessments and create meaningful intervention plans
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports
• Engage in student, staff, and family meetings as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Adapt and modify tasks and environments to meet individual student needs
