Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active CA OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students with a range of learning and developmental needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and specialists to develop and implement IEP goals
• Adapt school environments to promote full student participation and inclusion
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing progress in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a valuable resource for school staff and families
• Offer consultation and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and caregivers as needed
