What we're seeking:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license (California or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • Ability to adapt and modify interventions for diverse student needs
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

Your daily impact will include:

  • Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
  • Conducting assessments and contributing to multidisciplinary evaluation teams
  • Developing, updating, and monitoring progress on individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Participating in IEP meetings and delivering input for goal setting
