Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in California (or eligibility for CA licensure)
• Experience in school-based settings (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide training and resources to educators and families as needed
