Key Qualifications:

  • Active licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT preferred

  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
  • Skilled in delivering therapy tailored to elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Assess students’ needs and contribute to the creation of individualized education plans
  • Develop and implement effective therapy programs for students with varying abilities
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering recommendations and documentation
  • Communicate progress and strategies clearly with educators and families
  • Maintain accurate case documentation in accordance with school and compliance standards
  • Adapt interventions to address fine motor, sensory, perceptual, and self-care needs
