Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid OT license in the state (or eligibility pending licensure)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred
  • Ability to design and implement interventions tailored to diverse learning needs
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Collaborative approach with educators, therapists, and families
  • Flexibility to work with a K-12 caseload (final assignment to be determined)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students according to their IEPs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support classroom participation
  • Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences
  • Provide consultative support and strategies to staff and families
