A travel Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for a school setting in Roxbury, MA, to provide services during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade and requires expertise in school-based occupational therapy.

Assignment Details:

  • Duration: July 6, 2025 – August 7, 2025
  • Schedule: 30 hours per week, 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday
  • Student Population: K-12
  • Location: Roxbury, MA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to the needs of K-12 students during ESY
  • Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment conducive to student development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
  • Knowledge of ESY programming and requirements
  • Safe Care Certification is preferred, enhancing ability to support students safely during therapy sessions
