You’ll be onsite for the 26/27 school year, completing 32.5 hours per week supporting children across kindergarten through high school (exact caseload to be determined). Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid OT license (or eligibility) for Massachusetts
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Current knowledge of IEPs, therapeutic interventions for K-12, and documentation procedures
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Deliver assessments, interventions, and ongoing therapy for students (K-12 caseload)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and consultation with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
