You’ll be onsite for the 26/27 school year, completing 32.5 hours per week supporting children across kindergarten through high school (exact caseload to be determined). Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid OT license (or eligibility) for Massachusetts
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Current knowledge of IEPs, therapeutic interventions for K-12, and documentation procedures
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Deliver assessments, interventions, and ongoing therapy for students (K-12 caseload)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and consultation with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
