Your work will focus on developing students’ fine and gross motor skills, supporting functional independence, and fostering meaningful participation in school activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy settings is preferred
  • Strong understanding of fine and gross motor development in the pediatric population
  • Knowledge of best practices for OT interventions in educational environments
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, COTAs, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable supporting multiple campuses and adapting to diverse student needs
  • Experience supervising or collaborating with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) in school settings is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for students requiring OT services district-wide
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting fine and gross motor skills, self-care, and classroom participation
  • Provide direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and resource settings
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to develop goals and progress monitoring strategies
  • Deliver OT interventions through various modalities, including in-person and teletherapy as needed
  • Support educational staff and parents with training and resources for student success
