Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active California OT license
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred

  • Knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Provide direct intervention addressing fine motor skills, self-care, sensory processing, and classroom participation
  • Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
  • Offer consultative support and recommendations for classroom accommodations
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to help students access curriculum
  • Maintain accurate records compliant with district and state guidelines
