Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid California Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Previous experience delivering Occupational Therapy services in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
• Comfort working collaboratively with educators, staff, families, and other service providers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized therapy plans for students
• Provide direct OT intervention and consultation to support students' educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement accommodations and strategies in the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals
• Monitor, track, and document student progress in alignment with school requirements
• Offer training and resources to staff and caregivers as needed to promote student independence
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding student care
