Qualifications:

  • Hold active California Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure or recognized COTA credentials
  • Experience working in school settings is highly valued
  • Comfortable providing direct in-person student services and collaborating with other staff
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to facilitate student participation and success in educational activities
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all service activities and progress
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to optimize strategies for student achievement
  • Actively participate in school meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
