Qualifications:
- Hold active California Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure or recognized COTA credentials
- Experience working in school settings is highly valued
- Comfortable providing direct in-person student services and collaborating with other staff
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to facilitate student participation and success in educational activities
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all service activities and progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to optimize strategies for student achievement
- Actively participate in school meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
