Key Qualifications:

  • Active OT license in California
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and interpret results to support individualized student supports
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate student achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
  • Develop and implement strategies for sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skill development
