Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid OT licensure in California (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Capacity to work with students ranging from general education to mild/moderate support needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Support both general education and special education students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Effectively document progress and recommendations
