Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• Arizona Speech and Language Pathology certificate (required)
• Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt strategies for a diverse preschool to middle school caseload
• Enthusiasm for supporting students in achieving functional and academic goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to preschool, elementary, and middle school students
• Document progress and maintain clear, timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers and families
• Offer consultation and education regarding occupational therapy strategies and accommodations within the classroom
