This full-time position is designed for dedicated professionals with expertise in providing exceptional support to K-12 students within a collaborative school setting.
Key Details:
- Contract duration: August 3, 2026 – May 27, 2027
- 40 hours per week, with consistent onsite services
- Serve a diverse K-12 caseload
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Arizona OT license
- Experience supporting students in a school or healthcare environment, with strong skills in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant documentation requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to improve students’ functional skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Communicate progress to families, educators, and support staff
- Deliver onsite therapy tailored to each student’s needs, fostering engagement and growth
- Consult with school personnel to create supportive classroom strategies for students
