Key Details:

• Contract duration: August 3, 2026 – May 27, 2027
• 40 hours per week, with consistent onsite services
• Serve a diverse K-12 caseload

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Arizona OT license
• Experience supporting students in a school or healthcare environment, with strong skills in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant documentation requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to improve students’ functional skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Communicate progress to families, educators, and support staff
• Deliver onsite therapy tailored to each student’s needs, fostering engagement and growth
• Consult with school personnel to create supportive classroom strategies for students
