Located near Saint Charles, IL, this full-time, onsite position for an Occupational Therapist runs from September 8, 2026, through January 8, 2027, providing valuable FMLA coverage across two dynamic school age groups.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist with eligibility to practice in Illinois
  • Experience in school-based OT, working with high school and/or elementary-age students preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conducting assessments and utilizing available testing materials and equipment
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and team members through scheduled meetings and communication tools
  • Participating in monthly roundtables and process improvement initiatives to enhance best practices
  • Engaging regularly with colleagues and supervisors during monthly team meetings and 1:1 check-ins
  • Documenting progress and maintaining student records in accordance with school protocols
