Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs affecting their school participation
- Develop targeted therapy plans that support educational goals
- Deliver individualized and group OT services in accordance with IEP requirements
- Maintain thorough documentation of treatment, progress, and communication with stakeholders
- Offer guidance to staff and families on classroom strategies and student adaptations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative planning for student success
