Desired Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads
• Strong understanding of IEPs and therapy documentation in educational settings
• Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and progress reporting
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, students, and parents

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs affecting their school participation
• Develop targeted therapy plans that support educational goals
• Deliver individualized and group OT services in accordance with IEP requirements
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment, progress, and communication with stakeholders
• Offer guidance to staff and families on classroom strategies and student adaptations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative planning for student success
