Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting a vibrant K–8 student population in a small charter school setting near Saint Paul, MN. This role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist or certified COTA who thrives in a collaborative special education team environment. With caseloads of around 35 students ranging in age from 5 to 14, you'll work with diverse learners who have academic, behavioral, and related service needs.

This position offers flexibility with a two-day-a-week schedule, with the possibility of occasional third days depending on need. Candidates seeking traditional onsite, teletherapy, or hybrid service delivery models are encouraged to apply. COTAs are welcome, provided there is appropriate supervision.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid OT or COTA license in Minnesota
  • Experience or interest in working with K–8 students in educational settings
  • Familiarity with home health, teletherapy, or other healthcare-based OT service models
  • Knowledge of IEP management systems (SPED Forms experience a plus)
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services via push-in, pull-out, and consult models
  • Support the academic and behavioral needs of students through individualized interventions
  • Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using SPED Forms for IEP management
  • Adapt services to accommodate both onsite and remote learning environments
