We are seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative charter school in the St. Paul area. This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for therapists looking for a supportive team environment with options for onsite, hybrid, or teletherapy services.
Position Details
Schedule: 2 days per week, with the potential to increase to 2–3 days per week if needed
Setting: Flexible – onsite, hybrid, or teletherapy
Caseload: Approximately 35 students
Student Population: K–8 (ages 5–14)
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and direct services to students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation using the district's IEP management system.
Deliver services through a combination of push-in, pull-out, and consultative service models.
Qualifications
Active or eligible Minnesota Occupational Therapist license.
School-based experience is preferred.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) are welcome to apply with appropriate supervision.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.78 to $53.78. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
