Desired Qualifications:

  • Licensure as an OT or COTA (with supervision)
  • Experience in school-based OT, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare settings
  • Comfort with K–8 student populations and varied academic/behavioral needs
  • Familiarity with IEP management systems, preferably SPED Forms

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OT services within a flexible 2–3 day per week schedule
  • Serve a caseload of approximately 35 students in a small charter school
  • Adapt service delivery through in-person, teletherapy, or hybrid models
  • Engage collaboratively with the special education team
  • Support students via push-in, pull-out, and consult models for effective service integration
