Make a lasting impact supporting students as a dedicated occupational therapist at three schools within a dynamic district in the Florissant, MO area. This full-time, on-site contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to collaborate with passionate educators and help a diverse group of learners succeed academically and developmentally. You’ll work closely with elementary, middle, and high school students, empowering them through creative interventions and hands-on therapy.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current, active Missouri OT license (required)
  • Prior experience working with pediatric or school-based populations strongly preferred
  • Comfortable managing a caseload across elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to meet district credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting and submission of TCN number
  • Willingness to complete and return district technology documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students at Barrington Elementary, North Middle School, and West High School
  • Conduct student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to unique needs
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student progress
  • Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
  • Utilize onsite resources and therapy spaces to create engaging, effective sessions
