Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification required
• Experience in school-based settings, including teletherapy and onsite services
• Proficiency in fine and gross motor skill assessment and development
• Familiarity with working alongside Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate as part of an educational multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to students according to IEP plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and address student needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support academic and functional growth
• Adapt and modify materials or classroom environments to promote student participation
• Coach and consult with teachers and support staff for integrated student interventions
• Maintain accurate, timely progress notes and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based student plans
