Qualifications & Experience

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant state credentials
• Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred
• Passion for early childhood education and working with preschool-aged children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans

Core Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to meet students’ IEP goals
• Develop and implement interventions tailored to each child’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to foster growth and participation in the classroom setting
• Document evaluations, progress, and services in a clear, timely manner
• Attend meetings as required and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Offer guidance to educational staff on strategies to enhance student access and involvement
