Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist and eligibility to practice in California
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred, with an understanding of IEP processes
• Strong communication and organization skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and support staff
• Adaptability and resourcefulness for traveling between multiple sites
• A passion for empowering students to reach their greatest independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based Occupational Therapy services to a varied caseload of students across designated schools
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster student access and academic achievement
• Support classroom staff with strategies and accommodations to enhance student participation
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and recommendations
