Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure or eligibility in Maryland
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Strong skills in evaluation, intervention, and the development of IEP goals

- Familiarity with school-based documentation and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting occupational therapy assessments for students with diverse needs

- Providing direct and consultative OT services to students in classrooms and therapy rooms
- Documenting progress and maintaining organized records in line with school policies
- Participating in IEP meetings, sharing insights, and advocating for student needs
- Offering adaptive strategies and resources to teachers and support staff
- Supporting transitions and modifications within the educational environment
