Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapy license
• Certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with school-aged children from elementary to high school is strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
• Comfortable adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Committed to maintaining accurate records and progress documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services and interventions to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students’ IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the ongoing modification of intervention plans
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding interventions and home strategies
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy as needed
