Qualifications and Experience:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist, with certification required
• Experience working in school-based settings, preferably across elementary, middle, and high school levels

• Ability to design and implement individualized and group therapy plans
• Organizational skills to manage a dynamic caseload
• Passion for empowering students and promoting independence in academic and social environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop tailored intervention plans using evidence-based practices
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within classrooms and dedicated therapy spaces
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support educational and functional goals
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt strategies to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and daily living tasks
