Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure (or eligibility) to practice in Utah
• Previous experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is preferred
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement targeted therapy interventions in alignment with IEP objectives
• Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of developmental and physical challenges
• Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom strategies and adaptive techniques
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students’ educational plans
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
