This role is designed for an Occupational Therapist eager to work with a small, focused caseload of students in grades K-10. With sessions required just one day per week, you’ll have the flexibility to explore the area or enjoy downtime. The caseload includes roughly four students, all receiving both evaluations and direct therapy—including some autistic children and those working on articulation fluency goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Texas State License in Occupational Therapy
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Prior experience or training in school-based OT settings (including teletherapy experience a plus)
• Background in evaluations, direct therapy for articulation fluency, and working with autistic children
• Ability to work on-site (remote/teletherapy is not available at this time)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans for K-10 students
• Deliver high-quality, direct therapy on-site, focusing on articulation fluency
• Maintain thorough documentation and collaborate with school staff and families
• Support a small, manageable caseload to maximize student outcomes
