Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California (or eligible for licensure)
• Previous experience working as an OT in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to promote student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
• Support OT service delivery in both individual and group settings
