Requirements and Preferred Experience:

• Active and current California Occupational Therapist license required
• Demonstrated expertise in providing occupational therapy within school settings
• Effective communicator with students, staff, and families

• Knowledgeable about IEP processes and documentation best practices
• Collaborative problem-solver with dedication to individualized student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ motor, sensory, and functional strengths and challenges
• Develop and implement therapy plans to help students achieve IEP goals

• Monitor and document students’ progress, adjusting approaches as needed
