This full-time position offers 40 hours per week serving students in an itinerant capacity throughout the Riverside, CA area. You will play a vital role in supporting students’ functional and academic development across diverse school settings.
Desired Background:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in school-based, healthcare, and/or home health OT
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation abilities
- Comfortable adapting to various schools and working with a range of age groups
- Ability to travel between sites within the assigned area
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant regulations
- Facilitate inclusive practices allowing students to participate fully in school activities
- Travel efficiently between multiple campus locations as part of an itinerant schedule
