Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification and licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Demonstrated expertise working in a school setting
• Proven experience with student assessments and IEP development
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments for students ages Pre-K through high school
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support educational progress
• Participate in the IEP process, providing expertise and documentation that helps drive student success
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines
• Maintain accurate records for all student interventions, progress notes, and required reports
• Offer guidance and education to teachers and families on supporting students’ needs
• Adhere to ethical, professional, and legal standards in all aspects of practice
