Key Qualifications:

• Current state certification and licensure to practice Occupational Therapy
• Previous experience assessing students in a school setting

• Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet a diverse range of student abilities and learning styles

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and assessments in accordance with school protocols
• Develop and implement individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and tailored treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students, supporting motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to create inclusive educational strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and actively contribute to student progress monitoring and documentation
• Educate staff and caregivers on ways to support students’ occupational needs within school environments
