An exciting opportunity is available for a certified Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful impact within elementary, middle, and high school settings. This full-time contract position runs from August 3, 2026, through June 4, 2027, serving a mixed caseload of approximately 50-55 students and offers the chance to provide essential services throughout the academic year. Located near San Bernardino, CA, this placement lets you work among a welcoming student community across various grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience supporting elementary, middle, and high school-aged students
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and families
  • Adept at managing a diverse and moderate caseload
  • Commitment to fostering student growth in both group and 1:1 environments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services within classroom and resource settings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and participate in team meetings
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and reports per district and regulatory guidelines
  • Offer strategies and recommendations to enhance students’ access to curriculum and daily routines
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families regarding student progress
