You’ll work with a diverse caseload of 50-55 students ranging across elementary, middle, and high school settings in a vibrant educational community near San Bernardino, CA.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • Current Occupational Therapist certification and appropriate state licensure
  • Experience working with school-aged children, ideally across various grade levels
  • Ability to adapt therapy interventions to support students with a range of needs
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate students’ functional abilities in school settings
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor students’ progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop educational strategies
  • Support transitions between grade levels and learning environments
  • Maintain timely, organized records and reports in accordance with regulations
