Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California OT license and relevant certification
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Adaptable mindset with a passion for supporting student development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted occupational therapy services as indicated by student IEPs
• Assess, plan, and deliver interventions tailored to individual and group needs
• Work alongside teachers and staff to integrate functional and academic goals
• Document progress, maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
• Communicate proactively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
