Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school setting, preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering student development and success

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop tailored therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to implement IEP goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to assigned students
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as required
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in professional development
